I’m a clinical psychologist, a certified mindfulness and meditation teacher, and fellow human being.
My training in mindfulness and meditation greatly influences my work with clients. My own experience with mindfulness practice and how it can be invaluable to get through tough times, led me to become a certified mindfulness and meditation teacher so that I can teach others these transformative skills in the context of therapy. I find that because difficulty is an inevitable part of life, we can use mindfulness as a superpower to help us navigate all the twists and turns that it throws at us, and to connect more with the beautiful parts of life.
